ComSerCo Communications ( Westminster )

In 1946, Rex Slaughter saw a need for two-way radio service in Southern California. He founded Communications Service Company in Riverside, California to fill that void. Rex’s vision for the company was based on the highest quality product with premier service at a competitive price. His efforts were rewarded in 1947, when Motorola selected his company as an Authorized Motorola Service Station.
Fifty years later the company Rex founded celebrated their charter’s 50th anniversary as a “Motorola Service Shop”. Mr. Howard Newman (Owner and President, ComSerCo) stood side-by-side with Motorola’s Founder and CEO Mr. Bob Galvin, and Motorola National Service Representative, Mr. Gil Smith, to applaud Rex’s vision. The long-standing partnership between ComSerCo and Motorola continues today in now our 60th year as a MSS, with ComSerCo combining their vast project management skills and technical knowledge with the quality of Motorola products.
